Technical parameters of the GT 500 machine


The machine is used for tooth deburring of gear wheels both for short-run production and large lot production.

The machine is composed of a welded frame from rolled profiles and top plate with a rotating work spindle. The workpiece can be clamped in a three - jaw chuck of diameter 160 - 250 mm.

The workpiece revolutions are currently controlled by electronic and they are changeable in limits from 4 to 20 rev. per min., depends on a tooth number, module, gear wheel material and needed deburring size.

Deburring itself is carried out by a pneumatic grinding machine by revolution regulation

(8 - 15000 rev. per. min.). The relative position of grinding wheel and gear tooth is adjusted by the holder with up and down sideways movement. The side of gearing is controlled at the same time by choosing of a thrust compressing spring.

These qualities make possible to debur spur and inclined gearing, interval worm or bevel gearing. As instrument are used grinding wheels of diameter from 20 to 90 mm and thickness

of 2 mm.

The gear deburring machines offer much more working efficiency comparing with a standard method of hand deburring.

Working time is dependent on parameters of a gear wheel and moves in limits from 5 to 20 seconds.
