The machines SF 500 CNC are modern with 6 control axes
production and solid construction, designed with using modern technology. The machine are
suitable for series or single-piece production for hobbing of spur gears with straight and
helical teeth, chain wheels, worm wheels in the radial hobbing method, spline shaft as
well as for generating of other types of gearing, appropriete hobbing with dividing
attachment. For mass production are machines supply with set up for a given technological
job.
The machine have a fixed main stand, sliding table and support stand
with a live centre. The bed it´s one cast-iron block anchored itno the ground. The
controling systém used are CNC systems from Siemens, Fanuc, Telemecanique or Mitsubishi
equiped with original program software.
A number of construction elements have been used during the design of
the machine for increasing preceseness, eliminating backlash or noise reduction, whereby
the models
SF 500 CNC it´s the latest development in gear hobbing machine
produced in the Czech Republic continuously for over the last 50 years.
